Children who take part in free learning at Kampung Pelangi often experience cases of bullying. Unfortunately,
the quality of learning is decreasing due to the many acts of bullying carried out by students, especially male
students, against female students. Knowing this problem, the Unesa PKM-PM team realized that to break the
chain of bullying, we not only have to focus on treating the victims, but also on the perpetrators of the bullying.
The Unesa PKM-PM team implemented a creative education program called Wandersea with the 2C-learning
method. The aim of this research is to explain the application of 2C-learning as an innovative learning method
for handling cases of gender-based bullying in children who are bullies. The type of research used is descriptive
qualitative. Data collection techniques used participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation
methods. Through the 2C-learning method, it has resulted in changes in children’s attitudes, knowledge and behavior to overcome bullying. 2C-learning is implemented in the form of fairy tales which contain various challenges and creative learning media so that learning is more easily accepted by children.
